A LITTLE CONTEXT GOES A LONG WAY

Fresh figures.
A clearer picture.

Here’s where the numbers come from, what they can tell you and where a little caution helps.

Start with the catalogue

Habbo.com’s public furni catalogue identifies each item. Regular tradable furni, regular untradable furni and NFTs / Collectibles each have their own catalogue, search and detail pages.

01 / DISCOVER

Collect the market data

The existing scheduled collector scans regular tradable furni in batches, saves progress and respects rate limits. Opening a tradable furni page can check current figures, with up to 30 minutes of caching.

02 / COLLECT

Keep history in context

Sales history and observed guide-price snapshots are different measures. Missing days stay unknown, and a guide price is not a guaranteed selling price.

03 / UNDERSTAND

Independent. Unofficial. Built for collectors.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Get to know
the numbers.

A little context before you get lost in the furni.

What is the Habbo guide average?

The average returned by Habbo’s marketplace API when an item is checked. Current asking prices are shown separately. One unusual sale or a thin market can move an average.

How is the sold average calculated?

Total recorded credits divided by total units sold in the selected period. This is a weighted average. A day without sales has no sold average, rather than a zero-credit price.

How far back does the history go?

Each furni page displays the earliest and latest dates actually stored for that item. Habbo may supply recent history from before this website launched. Older collected records are retained; missing dates are not invented or counted as zero sales.

What are guide-price snapshots?

The top-level marketplace guide average saved at the time of a check, with the latest snapshot per UTC day. These snapshots start when collection began and cannot be reconstructed for earlier days. They are separate from Habbo’s daily sales history.

Why might checked furni have no price?

Habbo can return a valid record without a usable average or current offer. Checked-record counts and available-guide-price counts therefore differ. No available price does not mean that an item is worth zero credits.

Why do some statistics repeat across time periods?

A peak daily offer count can remain the highest value across several periods. It is a maximum single-day figure, not a sum of unique listings. Daily and weighted averages also answer different questions.

What does a generic poster record mean?

Habbo includes a generic “poster” identifier without a display name or icon in its public catalogue. Statistics for that identifier remain visible with an explicit label and image fallback. They should not be assumed to identify a particular poster design.

Are untradable and unreleased furni the same?

No. Untradable here means Habbo marks regular furni as not tradable in the public catalogue, after separating NFT / Collectible definitions. It does not establish release availability or whether the item is currently obtainable. The public catalogue refresh is independent of private administrator discovery tools.

Why are NFTs / Collectibles separate?

They can be traded through Habbo’s collectible system and supported marketplaces, so they are not ordinary untradable furni. We use the NFT furni-line group in Habbo’s public data, including Relics, to keep them in their own NFT catalogue. That section has images, details and checks for the lowest matching NFT listing in its original currency from the Immutable orderbook. These asking prices are separate from regular credit-price averages, and are cached for up to five minutes. NFT sales histories and graphs grow as real trades are captured. NFT statistics use their own source, stored history and collector progress. A definition does not establish whether a token is minted or available.

How do NFT statistics and £/$ values work?

NFT prices and completed trades come from the Immutable orderbook. NFT definitions are matched by exact product code, with a verified alias for the Throne Relic. Original ETH, USDC and IMX amounts are retained. GBP/USD values are estimates at the displayed current Coinbase exchange rate, not historic fiat prices. The existing cron job performs bounded NFT collection after the regular marketplace work. Initial history backfill is partial until completed. Only matched public NFT trades are counted; unsupported bundles and currencies are excluded.

Does HabboStats use cookies or browser storage?

Yes. Essential sign-in and security cookies, and guest watchlists when you save furni. Functional search requests are counted automatically, without an analytics cookie. See Cookies & storage for purposes, durations and controls.

Where is my watchlist saved?

Guest watchlists are stored in the current browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared. A free HabboStats account saves your watchlist to your profile across devices. After logging in, use the import option to merge this browser’s favourites into your account.

How are rare categories decided?

Official catalogue metadata, strictly matched reference lists and administrator corrections. Manual categories take priority. One rare tier is selected per item; Clothing is an additional tag, including LTD clothing. Credit furni is separate. A missing rare match does not prove an item is ordinary.

How are Statistics updated?

Statistics are calculated from stored public marketplace records after scheduled collection, with a cached refresh when needed. They use completed UTC days and display recorded coverage. Monthly no-sales figures only include furni with every required completed day recorded. Previously recorded HabboStats search totals are retained. New completed search requests are counted automatically without linking them to an account or browser identifier.

What do I need to register?

Choose a nickname and a different password from your Habbo account. No email address is collected. Save your recovery code safely: recovery uses that code rather than email. A HabboStats username does not verify ownership of a Habbo account.
